Returns Policy

If you have a bought a product from the website or you have a faulty item and you wish to return it to Westbeach please contact us on warranty@westbeach.com

Please tell us:

  • Your Order Number
  • The product code and description
  • Reason for Return
  • Please supply your contact information
  • The country you live in

As soon as we have an email from you we will get in touch and send you a Returns Notification Form. Please see below for full information on faulty items.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST – YOUR PARCEL WILL BE REFUSED

Westbeach Websales Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Westbeach. If something doesn't fit or you don’t like the colour/style etc. Then please contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase and we will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from us.

  • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?

Please supply all the information requested above. Please also list the fault with the product that you have purchased from the webstore and contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached Once we receive the product back we will assess it and refund/ replace or exchange the item.
  • What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?

    All goods supplied by us are guaranteed against failure due to defect in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If you feel that an item has failed prematurely, send us an email to warranty@westbeach.com and we will investigate.

    Please tell us:

    • Your Order Number
    • The product code and description
    • Reason for Return
    • Please supply your contact information
    • Photo(s) of the fault

    If you haven’t purchased your product directly from the Westbeach Webstore we recommend that you contact your retailer and take a proof of purchase such as the original receipt.

    Delivery information

    Unfortunately we cannot accept returns hand delivered to our warehouse.

    We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service or obtain a proof of posting for all products returned to Westbeach. Westbeach are not responsible for items lost in transit.

    Non UK returns

    If you are posting a parcel to the UK from another country and want a replacement product sending out you will be required to pay the postage both to and from the UK.

    Non Website Returns

    If you have bought a Westbeach Product from somewhere other than www.westbeach.com and it has failed please contact the original place of purchase in the first instance.

    Make sure when you contact them that you have the original proof of purchase or receipt.

    Replacement Orders

    Replacements will only be given to the same value of the original order. Further payments can be made to top up to the correct value.

    Sale Items

    Sale items can only be exchanged for other items to the same value of the original order. We will not exchange sale items from a previous season for the same items from a new seasons range.

    Sale items can only be replaced within 14 days from the date of delivery to you.

    Warranty Dates

    Westbeach will not warranty any items purchased before September 2008. (From the Fall-Winter 2007-08 range and earlier).
