Terms & Conditions of Sale

When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile). Please note, we never disclose customer information to any third party. Prices on this site are in either Canadian Dollars, US Dollars, British Pounds depending up on the region your select as your home region.

Deliveries are done between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that a signature is required upon receipt. When we confirm receipt of your order, we will also let you know the anticipated delivery date.

Despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.

You can cancel your order placed online providing your items have not been shipped.

• Date of your order
• Value of your order
