Frequently Asked Questions

Please just follow the returns procedure, email westbeach@linney.com quoting your order number, the items you wish to exchange stating the colour and size and we will send you all the necessary information. 

Please wait until you receive a Returns Number (REA) from us before returning your parcel.

Please just email us at westbeach@linney.com and we will issue you a returns number and instigate the exchange procedure.

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.

Please note that this may go into your junk / spam email folder if you have not shopped with us before online

Alternativey, you can check the status of your order by loggin into your account and then clicking on my orders

Please contact us at westbeach@linney.com and we’ll do our best to amend your order, please be aware that in some instances your order may have already been despatched and in these cases you would have to re-order or contact the courier to see if the address can be amended.
