We like to make life easy here at Westbeach. If you don’t like your items for any reason, just send them back to us within 14 days.
If you no longer have your Delivery Note, we kindly ask that you pop a note in with your return with your name and order no. on it, our warehouse will then be able to tell that it's yours. If you fail to do this, we cannot guarantee that your return will be authorised.
Once we get your returned goods, we’ll send you an email to confirm we have them and that we have refunded your payment. Returns will be processed within 10 working days (Monday to Friday) & will only be accepted and authorised if the garment is in a satisfactory clean state with all labels or tags still intact.
If you have changed your mind and want a different style or need a different size or colour simply order online again and we’ll get your gear out to you immediately. You are also welcome to give us a call to arrange the exchange, if this is easier for you. Please note: our warehouse can not authorise your exchange order; you will need to speak to someone at Customer Services to do this.
Please note: If you bought your products as part of an offer, such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, you will need to return all parts of the offer to receive a full refund. If you received a complimentary item free of charge with an order, and the full order is returned without the complentary item you will be billed for said item.
